Role Overview
We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role involves handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience with Jordan Farms. As rice is our main product, you will play a key role in maintaining trust and loyalty among both individual and business customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-store.
- Handle customer complaints, process refunds/returns, and resolve delivery or order issues.
- Provide accurate information about rice products, pricing, and availability.
- Support wholesale and retail customers with orders and account queries.
- Maintain customer records and update order details in the system.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to management.
- Work closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Promote customer loyalty through excellent service and after-sales support.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail support, ideally within food, grocery, or FMCG.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling complaints.
- IT literacy (CRM systems, MS Office, email handling).
- Team player with a customer-first mindset.
- Multi-lingual skills (desirable for serving diverse UK communities).
