While Jordan Farms strives to provide a smooth and flexible return and refund experience, certain limitations are necessary to meet business, legal, and operational obligations.


1. What Can I Return and When?

You may request a return if:

  • You receive a faulty or defective product.

  • You receive a product that is different from what you ordered.


2. Conditions for Returning Products

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.

  • Products must include the original invoice.

  • Packaging must be intact and undamaged.

  • Brand/Manufacturer packaging must not be tampered with.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and unaltered.

  • Replacement of a product depends on availability on our website at the time of request.


3. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

To file a return or refund claim:

Your email must include:

  • Product name

  • Order ID

  • Invoice number

  • Clear description of the issue

You must raise the request within 3 days of receiving the product.

You may also contact our customer support number listed on the website.


4. REFUND PROCESS

Inspection

After we receive your returned item:

  1. We will inspect the product.

  2. You will be notified via email/phone about the receipt and inspection status.

  3. After inspection, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.


Refund Methods

If you paid via Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking

  • A refund request will be submitted to our payment gateway within 5 working days from approval.

  • Once processed, the refund will reflect in your bank/card account within 14 working days, or as per your bank/payment gateway timelines.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD)

We will:

  • Refund the amount to your Jordan Farms wallet on the website, or

  • Send the refund to your UPI/GPay account (as applicable).
