1. What Can I Return and When?
You may request a return if:
You receive a faulty or defective product.
You receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
2. Conditions for Returning Products
To be eligible for a return:
Products must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.
Products must include the original invoice.
Packaging must be intact and undamaged.
Brand/Manufacturer packaging must not be tampered with.
Products must be unused, unopened, and unaltered.
Replacement of a product depends on availability on our website at the time of request.
3. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request
To file a return or refund claim:

Your email must include:
Product name
Order ID
Invoice number
Clear description of the issue
You must raise the request within 3 days of receiving the product.
You may also contact our customer support number listed on the website.
4. REFUND PROCESS
Inspection
After we receive your returned item:
We will inspect the product.
You will be notified via email/phone about the receipt and inspection status.
After inspection, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.
Refund Methods
If you paid via Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking
A refund request will be submitted to our payment gateway within 5 working days from approval.
Once processed, the refund will reflect in your bank/card account within 14 working days, or as per your bank/payment gateway timelines.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD)
We will:
Refund the amount to your Jordan Farms wallet on the website, or
Send the refund to your UPI/GPay account (as applicable).
